Are we able to see these "warning points"? I'd love to publicly mock these posters who knowingly break the rules.

The standards, if there are any, seem pretty subjective. How can we be sure that the persons applying the standards aren’t biased. Or worse! Maybe they have a personal vendetta against a certain poster? Maybe stories were once written that might’ve cast a certain person in a bad light, however true about that person being a lush!
or what if certain persons are correctly referred to as unmitigated piles of dogcrap?
surely this would not occasion a penalty?
and then on the flip side, you don’t know what that particular poster might be going through in their life, that might make an otherwise heinous outburst perfectly acceptable?
is there an ombudsman?
