Loge were the first to sell out a long time back. As of late September they had a couple suites and about half the club seats. The club is selling very poorly.

Interesting. I knew the loge boxes sold, but I did not realize the club seats were selling poorly. If they were like 30%-40% cheaper, my wife and I would have been a lot more willing to pay. They are just a little over what would be comfortable spending.

Tech on the verge of approving alcohol sales and ending re-entry policy beginning 2019-20.

Oklahoma also expected to do the same.

Oklahoma has not had re-entry into their stadium for a long time. The alcohol sales would be new though.

It would look pretty bad ass for TCU people and visiting fans if they went up the concession and watched the vendor pour a fresh beer of horned frog brew from that tap above. Maybe TCU works a deal where that brew is only available year around at TCU Athletics.

I think you can pay the donation over like 5 years or something so it’s really more around $5k year for the next 5 years total per seat - so $1.5mm per year - then in theory drops to $2500/yr per seat

But of course by then the annual seat price will probably be a lot more than $2500 to keep cash flow coming in
