Seriously, pretty incredible! They said he weighed 221 and squatted 750. Pretty pretty pretty good

I too can squat 180. Like a bauce!

Remember to use proper lifting technique. Lift with only your back and completely take your legs out of the equation.

It is amazing how times have changed as far as what the current football players can lift, and their speed. I remember being a lineman at Everman high school back in the '60s. We had a competition like this, and I had the strongest bench press - it was 315 - laugh out loud - now probably every kid on the team can beat that. Kids today must be taking some good fish oil.
