NHL vs. NBA Playoffs

Shows how often I watch the NBA these days, lol. At least if I do watch in the future I only have to endure 46 minutes of total boredom instead of 58.

Ironically the double OT game one lasted exactly 58.

Sounds like it was a good game. But IMHO nothing compares to an NHL overtime playoff game where the next goal suddenly wins it.

Agreed, just watched the Buffalo v Montreal Game 7 OT the other night. Doesn't get much better than that unless it's the finals (barring it's not my team lol, too much stress)

No kidding. The Stars seem to be in a bunch of overtime games every year in the playoffs and my heart is always in my throat the whole time when they get into sudden death overtime play. I love it but it's a little bit hard to watch sometimes because of the extreme excitement and anticipation of the next goal.

Hockey. On a father and son 3 game trip to Fenway, one of our games was rained out. We made our way into the stadium side sports bar to watch the Bruins playoff game with a thousand Boston fans. What a fun experience it was.

Neither one is playing as well as the Knicks right now. Their series will likely go 7 games. The Knicks have been demolishing their opponents so far. 4-0 sweep of the Cavs and the 76ers. That is impressive.

I expect there to be A LOT of Knick fans at these away games. We shall see.
