Giants fans could nod knowingly. They had seen this Jalen Reagor before.

The same hyped wide receiver, who dropped a pass at the goal line in late November that would have knocked off the Giants, still has not figured out how to hold onto the ball, making a number of key errors in the Eagles’ blowout wild-card loss to the Buccaneers.

There were plenty of guys that deserved blame for the Eagles’ 31-15 defeat, but Reagor — who has drawn the ire of Philly fans all season — could do nothing right.

What is sad is that when you take out Moehrig, Reagor is by far the most successful of the players under GP who left TCU early.

Moehrig is a very, very special talent.

Was I supposed to type something here?
Not to mention the Eagles passed on Justin Jefferson to take Reagor along with Michael Pittman Jr., Brandon Aiyuk and Tee Higgins.
That's on the GM, not the player. Of course, if the GM is still around, they like to see that their errors are quickly disposed of and forgotten...

Always weird when a guy has NFL athleticism and but a huge skill flaw. Those hands are going to be the death of his career.

He does the same thing in Philly that he did here - shows flashes of greatness separated by a lot of mediocre - at some point he either lives up to the "potential" or he will flame out
At some point is basically next year bc it doesn’t seem that he’ll get a 2nd contract

The offseason sucks
It sucks that it hasn't worked out for him in Philly but being an ex 1st rounder he will get another shot somewhere. Hope he can take advantage of his new surroundings, wherever they may be.

There’s literally a million guys who got an NFL shot because “run fast jump high,” from a GM who fooled himself into thinking they could teach “hands.”
The most spectacular high-profile fail I can ever remember was the 49ers with Olympic hurdler Renaldo Nehemiah. Great hurdler. Putrid WR. The 9ers did ok with RN’s slow replacement, though.
