Sooooooo.... we get up to 4 of our regular allotment of tickets but they'll be socially distanced somewhere?
Please confirm we do. It need to do anything to opt-in.
Also, will the club be open for food/booze/air conditioning?
I have 5 tickets. Looks like I am limited to 4
No. Each account only gets 4 tickets, and I guess it's a first come first serve based on priority points.
With the 4 tix limit I am assuming it will allow every season ticket holder who renewed a chance to grab seats? Anyone know the math?
I don’t think that’s going to happen.
not a math major, but think the equation would be something along the lines of:
4 (the total number of season ticket holders) = total number of tickets available to season ticket holders in 2020
I know several that opted out.
I opted out a week ago. Didn't know about the "Special Deal!" and x2 points and all that.
Spoke to the ticket office a few minutes ago. He couldn't share what percentage of season ticket holder renewed compared to normal, but anecdotally, I know a lot of pretty loyal fans that decided not to renew this year, so if that represents the rest of the fan base, I'd guess a pretty large amount of accounts did not renew for this season.
To that point, the ticket office confirmed that only accounts that did renew will be allowed to participate in the one time reallocation process for 2020.
Last few noteworthy things:
Students were initially expected to be given 4,000 seats, but sounds like the number is likely to be lowered to around 2,700. Students will count towards the 12,000 limit.
Guy I spoke with was unable to tell me how suites / clubs seats will be handled and if those will count towards the 12,000 number.
Masks will be required by all in attendance at all times. Lol at trying to enforce that.
The mask mandate shuold be enforced for good, permanently, for certainextremely ugly frog fans such as @Frognosticator
Fans after the Iowa State game.
Not quite like an old Playboy centerfold...
I read this quickly and maybe missed it but if you go through the one time seat selection process, and the protocol has reduced your availability, say from 4 to 2, assume the 2 unavailable seats will be eligible for the refund/donation/2021 option?
For those of us lower in priority points, I'm guessing that by the time it's my turn, those 12k will be gone. If that's the case, I'll just take the credit for next year and cheer loud from the couch.
Bikini Day at the Carter.
I’ll pm you if there’s a game my kiddos cannot go.
