My Guess at which Bowl Game

Last week at CGP luncheon it was stated that if we went to a certain bowl game the next luncheon scheduled for Dec 8 will be rescheduled. Looking on the Alamo Bowl site it shows that both coaches selected to the game will be present at 10:30 for a news conference.

Incredibly unlikely we'll go to Alamo. If OU goes BCS it'll probably be OSU. If NIU knocks OU out, it'll probably be UT at the Alamo

It sounds like LHCGMFP might want to play a B1G team.

Small chance Alamo passes up on TCU, unless Tempe really fights for us. Tech, OSU and Baylor have been to the Alamo over the last three years, TCU would be a new school for the San Antonio bowl to bond with.

There are supposedly some strong TCU ties to the Houston Bowl, but Gary has taken teams down there three times as HC.

I'm guessing Tempe at this point. It sounds like we have been petitioning them to take us.

TCU Houston
Tech AZ or Dal
WVU Dal or NY
ISU NY

Not the worst stage though. You can't blame Gary for wanting to match up with a Big 10 team out there, it would be good exposure for the program.

UCLA vs TCU would be a heckuva game.

I'll take that matchup vs ucla or bbw vs mich st.

I think Alamo a longshot, but for me a short drive and against PAC-12 is a good matchup too.

Our trip to Fiesta Bowl minus the bowl game was super.
