MLive: TCU football coach Gary Patterson makes it clear Horned Frogs mean business, spells fun 'w-i-n'

PHOENIX. — TCU coach Gary Patterson walked off the tarmac at Sky Harbor International Airport and into the Buffalo Wild Wings press conference on Monday afternoon wearing his game face.
"A lot of people say bowl games are fun,'' said Patterson, who has led the Horned Frogs to a school-record eight straight bowls and won six of the past seven.
"And they are fun, but I spell fun W-I-N.''
TCU (7-5) plays Michigan State (6-6) at 10:15 p.m. on Saturday at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Ariz.
The Spartans are 1-4 in bowl games under coach Mark Dantonio. ...
