Yeah, good job burning a bridge with a guy who's on ESPN every week discussing who they think are the best teams in the country.

Severance package?wasn’t he eyeing retirement in the next year or so? cold move athletics
So far, not so impressed. The wife asked me last weekend how Frogdom was liking the new AD. I said, "I can't tell you, because no one has seen or heard from the guy."
I guess firing one of the most liked guys in the department is how he gets started.
August, this year.wasn’t he eyeing retirement in the next year or so? cold move athletics
In 2 months? Why not wait? Does he get some gold watch or a bump in retirement for hitting that milestone?August, this year.
Morale wasn't exactly high before Buddie.Having worked in the corporate world for 20+ years, I’ve seen these sorts of moves by the “new guy.” And when the victim is highly respected and long-tenured, these moves are invariably morale killers.
No idea, but it's from the same source that informed me this was happening well over a week ago.In 2 months? Why not wait? Does he get some gold watch or a bump in retirement for hitting that milestone?
And they couldn't let him ride out on his well earned time?!August, this year.
Another big media personality chimes in...this is a really bad look for the new AD.
August, this year.
well, was he always planning on this August orignally?@TxFrog1999 - Well if that's the case then that's a weird goodbye Tweet. Could've just said he's retiring. Sounds like there's some bad blood with ADMB. Surely Buddie didn't mess with his retirement package.
True, but that seemed a bit more of an external air with the last one.Morale wasn't exactly high before Buddie.
yikesI can say with 1000% certainty that Mark was not one of the “most liked” people inside of the athletic department. His reputation inside of the department is pretty much the polar opposite of it outside.
