We are DT-less as well. Only signed 1 in 2012.

GP doesn't seem to be worried about DT right now. At the luncheon today he mentioned that they may be interested in RB, QB and OL with the remaining spots we have.

Yeah, from what he said my takeaway is that they are pursuing Billings and Manning because of how good they are and not because of need. Similar to the thing about TE saying we didn't really have room for one, but would take one if someone popped up that was a can't miss type kid.

DT was a very thin position for us this year, so much so that we had a DE (nealy) playing nose tackle against Bama. Manning will play no matter how many DT's we get. The dude is a genuine difference maker. So glad we're finally beat the sooners for these studs. Now we just need signing day to get here fast.

Who is Sumlin's DC? Is it the same guy he had at U of H or is it someone else?

Depends on which OU we see. The one that had horrible defense against WVU and OSU or the one that was the #1 in the big 12 prior to that and the one TCU faced.

Either way OU isn't destroying A&M. Sure as heck hope they win

I knew A&M was getting this guy but it still sucks. Seems like a great kid who is super talented. Good luck to him.
