Technically not but TX has some pretty odd rules about golf carts that are kind of what I imagine the Wild West being like. I can tell you that on gamedays the cops do not care and most in fact just like the cart and want everyone to be safe. As mentioned above though you can still get a DUI/DWI on one of these...hell you can get one on just about any mode of self directed transportation. Reminds me of a tv episode of sumb criminals or something like that where a guy got arrested for DWI on a riding mower as he slowly veered off the road and into someone's yard as the cop was following him.
