What about the North Carolina game?

Oh, that’s right, they scheissed the season ticket holders.
Going to watch your alma mater in another country is a really cool concept. But I do understand why people are so upset. TCU has moved far too many marquee home games to neutral sites. However, I believe UNC was going to bail on the return trip to Fort Worth, and Ireland was the compromise.

All that being said, how easy it is to forget that our home schedule used to consist of New Mexico, UNLV, Wyoming, San Diego State, etc.

That's not just a neutral site, it's a neutral country. Great for the rich fans.

Maybe we need to schedule these series so that they come here first.

Also when we joined the MWC we played ranked teams like BYU, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado State, Air Force. That 1998 Air Force game at The Carter was incredible. One of the best home games ever.

Are their countries that would have not been neutral?

Well the good news is that we’re playing ranked BYU and Utah at home this year.

I don’t ever recall Wyoming or Colorado state being ranked during the MWC years.
