Luckily, in the grand scheme of things, this game means less than any game we’ve played all year. If we lose 27-0, it means zero. If we had won 27-0 it means zero.
We have to win the conference tournament to make it to the NCAA tournament. Even this weekends games in Lubbock (that I expect to be embarrassed by) mean a little bit for seeding.

Is this loss to Lamar worse than last year’s loss to ACU?
Edit: our loss at Long Beach is actually worse from a raw RPI perspective (Lamar is 207, LBSU is 219). Last year’s home loss to ACU is still worse — 274.
