The missed PAT is at about 3:30 of these highlights:
The holder appears to place the ball a few inches to the left than he wanted, and perhaps caused the kicker to pull it left? (Holder also didn't get the laces turned.) The snap may have been a bit "inside" on the holder, causing him not to give a good placement?
No expert. Just something I noticed when I wanted to see if there was something more to that missed PAT than a bad kick.
Obviously the bad snap on their field goal attempt (1:15 in the highlights) led to that bit of luck for us, too.
