Johnny "hate crime Manziel is really the only option if you look past being a freshman and his questionable character/background/Aggy. The only argument against him is that he's potentially a system QB.

I'm loathe to vote for an Aggie too, but how can objectivity dictate anything less?

He's had a truly epic season, and richly deserves the award, no matter what I think of A&M.

That being said, it will be interesting to see how he fares next year when he doesn't have that NFL-caliber O-line...
