Graduation rate at TCU is something we should be very proud of. If I'm a parent of a kid being recruited by CGP, I'm paying attention to that. Good for Mr. Boyce and all the others who do it on the field and the classroom.

At the beginning of the season all of the juniors planned on leaving at season end; CP, WJ, Maponga, and Boyce. Things changed but Boyce is the only one the was healthy and played the whole season

You can play after graduation. Many have done so while starting their masters.

You can also transfer without sitting a year (Russel Wilson), but I don't see Josh doing that.

Ed Wesley example ought to scare every Junior in the country.

Unless you are guaranteed to be in the top 3 rounds of the primary draft, it makes little sense.

Get your masters degree, get stronger, pile up some stats, and get drafted by a team that wants your talent.

If it does not work out, then use your masters to get a good job and have happy life.

Boyce graduated. I think he may be close to getting a graduate degree. He's won a Rose Bowl. He brought the team from the MWC to the Big 12. He's done everything TCU has asked him to do. If he thinks he has a shot at the NFL, he should go for it.

Unless NFL folks in the know tell him that the difference between going this year and next, when he has an opportunity to work with an excellent passing quarterback, could well be measured in millions of dollars.
