Joseph Randle not coming back to Okla. St. for senior year

[GP's Step-Son]

HUGE news.

Things keep looking up, we have a legit shot at the B12 title this year.

Would the last underclass man at LSU please turn off the lights when they leave. Thank you.

If Maponga stays I'll start to agree with you..

And if the offseason is quiet I will also agree with you.

What is Maponga doing? Deadline is nearing.

I think he would be making a HUGE mistake leaving... he had an injury plagued season and should be in a good position to succeed with teams worrying about Fields next year.

[dkfrog]

this is good news for the frogs...not that the guy cant be replaced or anything, but he tore us up...

I will go ahead and agree with Tron that I'm getting drunk tonight hearing this news

Fingers crossed.

I think it would definitely be good for him to stay. With teams having to worry about both Fields and Maponga..... has to open up lots of opportunities. My biggest concern is that he's afraid he might be overshadowed by Fields.

Where does Maponga project to in the NFL? I'm guess an OLB in a 3-4?

I don't know why this happened in this thread, but I am okay with it.

Rumors that Rob Ryan will be the new DC at OSU.

I didn't follow the Cowboys (the Stillwater Cowboys) that much but I'm surprised they canned DC Bill Young - I thought he had done a really good job for them. It will be interesting to see how Ryan's act goes over in college ball.

Early work day tomorrow... I will be waiting until tomorrow night to celebrate. I do get to come back to the Fort for a conference next week though... so if any fortunate news comes out way, we can all celebrate the happy fun times.

I bet it will go over quite well. He will get to yell and scream at the players...be a hardass...and the guys will only have to live with it for 3 or 4 years. Always a new wave of players coming in, and by the time the tire of the antics they are out of elligibility.
