How can TCU not make his Top 10?
All the way to University Park.He probably wants to get out of town.
A lot of high schoolers do.
And then leave after a year. It's ok he can transfer to the Frogs in three years
To not even make the top 10 when his father was a stud at TCU is shameful. We’ve rarely been able to get guys from our own backyard. Yet we seem to do really well with Dallas schools. He probably wants to get out of town. But to not even make the top 10 for a local legacy kid is a pretty big egg on the face of the staff. Even moreso that SMU made the top 10.
Also kinda seems like the staff doesn’t have a great relationship with North Crowley
Not sure if this played a factor, but don’t forget how poorly our former letterman were treated by Donati & crew. Could very well be his dad steered him away.To not even make the top 10 when his father was a stud at TCU is shameful.

Might you be thinking of Jamal Powell? Played with Houston Texans for a few years, passed away from cancer around 3 years ago?Oh good. Happy to be wrong. I think one of the DL's in his era did pass away young. Can't recall who.
I think it was someone a few years before Powell, but I just can't recall for sure. You may be right about who I am thinking of.Might you be thinking of Jamal Powell? Played with Houston Texans for a few years, passed away from cancer around 3 years ago?
