I’ve looked at this game a dozen different ways..Poke some holes in this..
ISU Clear Advantages Offense vs our Def:
1.QB,
2.TE vs our LBs
ISU Clear Advantages Def vs our Off:
1. Safety Group..vs our slots/TEs
I think we are better everywhere else including OL vs their DL (An ISU fan would vehemently disagree). We can win this game if we can hit them on the outside and use the running game top get Max in short 3rd downs...I really feel like we are going to need a few big pass plays to hurt them. If we can do that it will keep them from loading up and blitzing Max all day. On the year they only have 2 sacks that haven’t come from blitzing players.
OBVIOUSLY if they win the turnover battle no advantages we have will matter. Had we have won or played even in the TO battle against SMU we’d be undefeated.
