Its pretty clear that Texas Tech treated TCU as their Super Bowl. They went all out against TCU leaving nothing in the bag. They lost 4 of 5 since beating the Frogs and their lone win was against Kansas in OT.

I don't agree but it was their signature win of the season in retrospect. I think it is clear that they were very fortunate to win that game.

After beating TCU in triple overtime, Texas Tech had to face Kansas State, Texas, Oklahoma State, and a Baylor team that played lights out two weeks in a row. I don't think their losses had anything to do with TCU. Their losses had everything to do with their opposition.

I was just thinking how lame it is to make this "Super Bowl" point this morning when I heard some Texas fan say it about TCU. We got a great shot from Tech - and I think Baylor got their best too. The players and coaches are HIGHLY motivated to win every game. Football is like this. The great thing about being in the Big 12 - is we get another shot next year.

I guess that happens in a BIG BOY conference! Week in and week out there is tough competion! I guess some programs are better able to handle it! Am I correct those of you who said we didnt belong???
