With players making descisions to leave for the draft, I have no doubt Patterson has someone to fill his spot. Patterson could take eleven freshmen on defense, and turn them into a power house!

I hope we have people in line behind Maponga and Boyce who will step up the way we have had players at DE a few years ago step up each year. I'm not greatly confident, but we shall see.

Maponga, Boyce - not to mention someone we will have next year in Waymon James - are VERY special players. I believe we may be lesser in 2013 at DE and WR because of these losses, simply because while what we have is very good, they were exceptional. We will just have to wait and see who steps up - perhaps a RS Freshman who comes on like dynamite, or a former backup who comes on strong, or a transfer. I very much hope so!

I still think we can reload and find some people to take over for Boyce and Mponga. We have a depth of receivers and some freshmen that can step up on D.

We've got 11 1/2 months until the 2013 season will be over. We are off to a shady start.

I'm glad that our fanbase is passionate but this is just churn. Take from other programs and givew back as well.
