Sorry to bore you with legal mumbo jumbo, but Wes Phelan has made an important decision to change his name to Wuss Phelan. Turns out there are a number of other ne'er do wells named Wes Phelan and so to avoid confusion with creditrors and such, Wes is as of NEXT MONDAY changing his name legally to Wuss Phelan.

Please direct all correspondence re: this to Steel.
