I don't mind losing, but I do mind quitting

It’s not that hard. He lacked confidence in his offense to convert, and defense was gassed.

Would have been more deflating to give up another score. I don’t agree with it, but I understand it.

How do the tiebreakers work for the Big 12 title game? That's the only angle I can think of. It did end up biting us in the ass in 2015 with that last interception. We go to the Sugar Bowl if not for that

I hear what you're saying and understand that you're saying you don't agree with it as you said, so I'm not disagreeing with you just responding to that line of thinking.

Who the hell cares if we give up another score? So we lose by 22 instead of 15? How about we try to give ourselves some kind of a chance to at least get another score in the board and then see what happens with an onside kick?

I know that you're just trying to express what might have been going through Gary's mind but that's a ridiculous and indefensible decision.

I love Gary. Everybody makes mistakes. Ultimately he didn't turn the ball over 4 times, drop any passes, or miss any tackles and those are the things that lost the game.

He did only rush three players though....a lot in the second half.

His decision to rush 3 on that 3rd and 7 play was pretty bad imo. Most of the other times he did it on 3rd and 12+ which I don't have a problem with.

Either way, that's a tactical decision and those are not always going to be 100%. The decision to punt after a timeout where he even had extra time to think about it is mind boggling.

Exactly what happened..Granted it was probably crazy emotional GP having watched his defense play their asses off....AGAIN only for the offense to literally give scores away..FU offense I have zero faith in you and no way am I going to allow people who didn't watch dump on my defense for giving up a zillion points in garbage time. Don't agree with it but completely understand. Outside of benching every starter there's no other way to stick it to your offense for their abysmal play
