Might I suggest Rahr Brewery? Fritz is a good Froggish fellow, and brews some fine beers. Plus, the location is excellent and there is plenty of room. Food would be an issue, as they have no kitchen and usually rely on a flock of food trucks for grub.

And warehouse fans, please.

It would be cool if the equipment folk were there, talked through gameday prep and let us simple folk take pics with the new unis

I like this idea. I know it's not popular with a lot of food snobs here, but the food is plenty good as are the margs. Would be a fine place to do this IMO.

MoPac is a good spot. Seems like we catered there though. Not sure if they have a menu.

They've got covered areas on the patio with fans everywhere and misters. It's actually quite nice even in August. Plus, it starts at 11:30 every year so it'll be a couple hours before peak temps when it's time to leave.

I had this debate this weekend. I LOVE their food. It’s the only place I’ll eat enchiladas. The nachos are epic. Granted.... the atmosphere is the draw, but I do love the food, too.

That's the one I mentioned previously within walking distance of Wild Acre Brewing and Texas Silver Star Vodka. That area could be a fun way to spend an afternoon. I'd have to Uber there and back, though. No chance I'm leaving my car there over night.
