Yep and Yep. Hate to lose either one and not going to minimize it but good programs lose coaches to struggling programs all the time. Get some good up and coming aggressive guys in here now coach! Just glad Shannon is not going to the B-12.
On another note, Tech is going to have to find a couple of old farts to bring in or they are going to be sorry. Have to get some experience and know-how up there, just how it is.

Havertys has been huge in recruiting from as little as I know inside...very worried about this move, not so much with Shannon.....

Sharp & Glascow are really good but Jennings may be the best. Anderson still active just no longer in East Texas, mostly in DFW area along with Sharp.
