Has anyone seen my specialty plates?

OUCH!!!
Yeah, there are some crazy expensive sets out there. My son would love the Titanic set, but it's almost $700.

I stopped playing with them somewhere around the 8th grade and didn't start again until my son really expressed interest a year or two ago.
He has a Nintendo set that goes all out that he said cost $400. It has an old school tv like from the 80s and the Nintendo console and a game and controller.

Fun fact, Lego is still privately owned by the family who started it in 1932...they're worth billions now. If they're really into it, it's worth taking your kids to Legoland before they outgrow it.

Didnt know that but didn't know it's from Denmark meaning it survived the Great Depression and WW2 occupation.

Anybody in HASMSP a Lego fan? I loved Legos as a kid and now my 8 year old has really caught on, so we had a Lego Christmas.

He got 10 sets and I got 3 of my own. We're currently building the Great Pyramid of Giza together. It's some awesome bonding time and a nice distraction.

My son has finally gotten into them. Last few Christmases since becoming a single dad I've tried to find ways to liven up the decorations and now I have 6 Christmas/Gingerbread houses that are pretty cool when lit up. They're all off brand from Amazon and some are a besting to get to fit but when they're finished they look pretty cool. Ordered 4 more this year but only got around to doing 1 so I'll save them for next year. We did the real Lego Christmas set from this year and we have a ski resort/chalet we'll probably start on when he comes back tomorrow for my week. I got him a space station for Christmas and he did most of it, to my surprise. It's fun. Glad he's finally enjoying it. Still amazed at some of the engineering that goes into those things.

If I knew how to make a gif, this could be my new signature.
The lower one
Any thoughts?

I think it's hilarious how when I view this site on mobile, signatures don't show, but when I turn my phone to landscape, they do. If one of your posts is on screen I need to keep the phone portrait when my wife is around.

If you could get the gifs to change back and forth between current and that one depending whether I turn my phone right or left, you'd be godlike.

Wonder if you can have two signature gifs.
