Well, it looks like a black and white uniform with an interesting helmet. The story makes it better, but on the field, it'll look like a black and white uniform.

We may have discussed the Thai soccer team cave rescue before, but I just finished the book by the two guys who crafted and carried out the plan. It is a really good read and I highly suggest it. The movie about it is good as well and is called Thirteen Lives.
It was a pretty unbelievable thing they attempted. To anesthetize 12 teenage boys and their 25 year old coach and then take a 2.5 km dive through a flooded cave navigating narrow passages barely big enough for one person to fit and to do it in zero visibility conditions with only a guide rope to help them find their way. Harris is an Australian anesthesiologist and Challen is a retired Australian veterinarian. The book details their unique skill set and how the plan was concocted and why that was the only viable plan. Harris is now South Australia's Lieutenant Governor. If you are an avid reader, I think you will like this book. If you are in the medical field or have any interest in extreme sports like cave diving, you will find it fascinating.

Thirteen Lives is the most stressful movie I have ever watched. It's amazing what they did.

Doesn't Georgia have the death penalty? It really galls me that Americans' tax money will support that Ibarra monster for the rest of his evil, unnatural life.
To paraphrase Ron White, "You kill us, we kill you back," should be posted at the border.

Excuse the rant. This got to me.

Yeah, think about how much scum like him there is roving around the country. We've let a lot of countries empty their jails out and ship them to the US.

The DA in the case was Deborah Gonzales, one of the woke, soft on crime, Soros (evil scumbag) backed DAs. She didn't seek the death penalty.

Only saving grace? She got trounced and voted out of office by a landslide in the election a couple of weeks ago. Largely because of the way she handled this case.

My wife had never seen it and it had been a few years for me, so we watched it tonight. They totally wrote Craig Challen, the veterinarian, out of the movie script. I didn’t know the story well enough to recognize that on the first viewing. Pretty unfortunate. Challen and Harris were awarded Australia’s man of the year awards that year for their part in the rescue and they were the masterminds behind it all.
