I hopped on Lands of TX just for fun about a year ago and found a 700 acre plot of land about an hour from big bend for only 70,000.It’s just a few hundred thousand acres.

the catch? No water, no electricity, unmaintained dirt road access only.
oh and it was literally the side of a mountain with no flat terrain for construction or even RV parking.
