I hopped on Lands of TX just for fun about a year ago and found a 700 acre plot of land about an hour from big bend for only 70,000.
the catch? No water, no electricity, unmaintained dirt road access only.
oh and it was literally the side of a mountain with no flat terrain for construction or even RV parking.

Just leaving Yellowstone and I will say, it lives up to the hype. Everyone should go once if you have the opportunity. We saw a young grizzly, a gray wolf, tons of Bison, elk, chipmunks, etc...

Officially on the wait list for a 2022 XLT F-150 lightning. 0-60 in 4.5 and tows 10k+? Yes please, though not at the same time. Gonna have to come up with a new name for the “frunk” however, because eventually one of my friends is going to make a reference to FW being “Frunkytown” and then I will have to kill them.
