I try and see this from two sides.
yeah, it is a lap team they are playing, but you are there to support the players.
Plus. Tickets aint cheap, so I always stay to the end.

yeah. I think that sometimes. other times I just see him as really really driven. seen video of his practices. he is a stickler for every little thing. but that is what it takes to be a champion. have also seen a ton of interview/video where he has a really great sense of humor.

think if I had a kid playing, I would want them to play for a Patterson, Richt or Bowden type coach.

In Saban's defense, he is really big on developing the whole young man. but most programs seem to focus on that these days. which is good.
