Rule changes have ruined the NFL and CFB. Too favorable to the offense. I think it's a reason why our defenses haven't been as dominant over the last 5 years. Defenses aren't allowed to be aggressive anymore and RPO difficult to defend because lineman can block 3 yards down field on pass plays
