I see we draw Northern Iowa in the Missouri Valley-Mountain West Showdown. We get them at home on December 4th so I am sure we will do our part and take care of our home game for the good of the conference.

At least we have one big name opponent coming in to Fort Worth this year. Judging from attendance this past season, we need all the draws we can get.

Does anyone know how they determined the matchups? I assumed it was based on regular season standings with 1 v 1, 2 v 2, etc., with the tenth place MVC team staying home. This would've setup a Missouri State v. TCU matchup that would've made me very happy. Instead, the Frogs will lose to UNI and Missouri State isn't in the challenge. What gives?
