Problem is not really the one game and deep down people know it. Its the pattern that has been shown time and time again. The blowing of time outs; bad play calling; undisciplined play; the absolutely pathetic copouts by Dishrag after said losses. "Well gee, I thought we were ready. We had good practices." And other similar bovine scatology out of Dishrag's mouth.

I wonder if they had more than run left and run right in practice. If not, and he knew we only had 2 plays, he should be fired for incompetence. If he thought we had 10 running plays and watched us run the same two all second half for zero yards, then he should fire his OC, and resign for hiring a stupid OC.

If you think about the time Dykes was growing up playing a non-contact sport, essentially, he was a probable privileged kid because of his Pop-Spike. Spike Dykes was a real celebrity and because of the time Spike spent at work, Sonny was raised by his Mama. Not necessarily a bad thing but young men like Sonny probably cut their teeth on the coaches and players at TTech in the 80s 90s and that could have been a bad thing.

If you go to the B12 studios channel on youtube, you can go to the coach interviews pre fall camp. The most impressive coach I watched was Willie Fritz AT UH. Dillingham, Brennan, RichRod, even Jimmy Rogers sounded like greater Motivators than Scott Frost, Morgan Scalley and Sonny Dikes.

OK but what is a realistic solution to our overall problem? It's not just Sonny, there are many complicit in this "where I'm is" thought process by this Administration.

Well.... you have to start with the head. The Head coach. Give an interim whether it is Malcom Kelly or Avalos a chance to prove their selves and talk to the Admin types about what toxic anchors and yes women.men who have been phugging things up.

I've only interned for Sports information Director Eddie Mullens at UTEP for 8 months in 1985 and AD/Coach Paul Roach- Wyoming in 1987 for 3 months. Short period of time in each role and a different era ... I know. It is a difficult and at times and impossible endeavor particularly with a bunch of Bowties that have never been involved in a physical altercation and have very little understanding of college sports let alone contact sports.

If TCU does not encourage Sonny Dikes to resign by the first day of Fall, it will set TCU back for 3-6 years. It is an old business axiom. Know when to cut your losses. Now is the time before the first day of October.

Man it would be nice for that to happen but I can’t imagine any scenario where SD is gone that fast (baring some type of mega scandal). Total collapse I still bet nothing would happen before late November. But given that brand new contract we are probably living on the Sonny side for a few years.

I think you are totally right exept it very well could be much longer. How long was it from Abe Martin to Dennis Franchione?

Probably right but I hope Buddie has no say iIF we do go for a new HC. Avalos has been a HC so he knows what it's all about and remember he's working with his boys like Sonny and Sammis are doing.......see the difference, no GP talent anymore.

Yes. I would rather have TCU play in 100 degree heat at home and have a much better chance to win this game. Rainy wet Dublin was not worth the exposure. In fact, it may have tarnished TCU’s brand with that putrid loss.
