Was a great atmosphere at the game tonight. Crowd was really loud down the stretch and it was great seeing Coach pumping up the crowd and totally hype on big plays. Looked like most of the team understood the demand and took it to another level when the lights got brighter, (which was a start contrast to yesterdays game….)
if only the big xii women’s conf got the credit it deserved, these last three games would be seen as games against top 20 tournament lock clubs. (BYU, Utah and OSU would all be ranked if the logo on their jersey said B1G instead.)
however it’s not, and so our road loss in OT last Saturday dropped us 6 spots in the rankings while other teams fell 2-3 spots for home losses…. Doesn’t matter tho. Enough top ranked teams in the conference that if you win those you get back into those top 8 slots and secure that coveted 2 seed spot for the dance.
