GoFrogs: TCU Falls to Kansas State, 65-55
MANHATTAN, Kan. -- Senior Alex Robinson had a team-high 17 points, but TCU never held a lead in the Horned Frogs' 65-55 loss at Kansas State Saturday at Bramlage Coliseum.

KSU (14-4, 4-2) got out to an early 11-3 lead and maintained an advantage throughout the first half. TCU's Kendric Davis drained a 3-pointer at the end of the half to cut the KSU lead to 37-30 at the break.

Consecutive buckets by Robinson and Desmond Bane brought the TCU deficit to four points, 47-43, with 12:24 to play. That was as close as the Frogs (13-4, 2-3) got to taking the lead in the second half.

Robinson was 6-of-11 from the field and had four of TCU's season-low 10 assists. Bane also had six made field goals and finished with 16 points. JD Miller also scored in double figures with 11 points and led TCU with seven rebounds.

The Wildcats were led by Xavier Sneed who had a game-high 18 points. Preseason All-Big 12 selections Barry Brown and Dean Wade had 10 and 16 points, respectively.
