GoFrogs: Strong Defense Leads Frogs Over Gators, 55-50
FORT WORTH, Texas – Kouat Noi and Desmond Bane combined for 39 points as TCU's stifling defense helped it edge Florida 55-50 in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge.

TCU's defense was dominant in the opening minutes, holding the Gators to just three points for the first 11:35 of the game. Noi scored the first seven points of the contest as TCU jumped out to an 18-3 advantage. The Frogs led 32-20 at the half, holding the Gators to only 27.6 percent from the floor. TCU held Florida to just one field goal and three points in the final four minutes, and Bane made four consecutive clutch free throws to seal a 55-50 victory in which the Gators shot just 30.6 percent from the field, the fewest by a TCU opponent since 2015.

Noi scored a game-high 22 points, the third time this season he's totaled 20 or more in a game. For the 14th time this season, Bane scored in double-figures with 17.

Interesting... looks pretty feasible that Bane and Robinson both hit 1000 points for their career in the same road game. I'd wager BU. Don't see a 25 and 16 game (respectively) at Tech with their defense, but I imagine they both leave Lubbock very close.
