Cannot obstruct the entire plate. I did not see the play because just got back from church but they’ll never call it if the runner has at least a portion of the plate to target and even then won’t unless there’s contact. Disregard. Read that as LOB... But yes, I believe that's the 3rd.So is that three base runners lost on the paths this game?
