HOCKLEY, Texas – Senior Justin Gums won both of his matches Tuesday as the Big 12 Match Play Tournament continued from The Clubs at Houston Oaks.

HOCKLEY, Texas – Senior Justin Gums won both of his matches Tuesday as the Big 12 Match Play Tournament continued from The Clubs at Houston Oaks.
Gums easily defeated Dillon Stewart of Oklahoma State, 5&4, in the morning session. In the afternoon against Baylor, Gums defeated Cooper Dossy, 3&2.
Gustav Frimodt remained unbeaten in the tournament. He defeated OSU's Aman Gupta, 1UP, and then tied Johnny Keefer of Baylor.
As a team, sixth-seeded TCU tied second-seeded Oklahoma State before losing to seventh-seeded Baylor, 4-1-1.
The Horned Frogs finish pool play Wednesday at 8 a.m. against the No. 10 seed, Iowa State. The championship round will begin at 1:30 p.m.
