FORT WORTH--TCU and Houston resume their in-state rivalry Saturday when the squads square off in Fort Worth. Tip-off at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum is scheduled for 3 p.m. The Horned Frogs and Cougars, former conference rivals in both the Southwest Conference (1976-96) and Conference USA (2002-05), will face each other for the second straight season and for the 70th time overall since 1955.

TCU enters the contest with a 3-2 record following a 1-2 showing at the Hall of Fame Tip-Off Classic Nov. 20-22 in Springfield, Mass. The Frogs earned a victory over Bradley sandwiched between losses to Rider and UMass. Houston brings a 4-1 record into Saturday.

Following Saturday’s contest, TCU concludes its participation in the Hall of Fame Tip-Off Classic Monday with a 7 p.m. home matchup against the USC Trojans.

Due to a conflict with the TCU-New Mexico football game, TCU’s regular live radio broadcast will not be offered. Updates from the DMC will be featured throughout the football game broadcast. A link to live stats will be available via TCU’s official athletics website, GoFrogs.com.
