AUBURN, Ala. – TCU finished the second round of play at the NCAA Auburn Regional on Tuesday in 11th place.
The three veterans, Jack Beauchamp, Joe Pagdin and Toby Wilt, each shot 4-over 76 at Auburn University Club. Pagdin leads the Frogs at 3-over 147 and is tied for 29th place.
Wilt and Beauchamp are tied for 36th place at 5-over 159.
Freshman Charlie Wylie dropped back to 60th place following a round of 8-over 80.
After going 19-over in the second round, the Horned Frogs dropped three spots. They are 16 strokes away from fifth place, which are the qualifications for advancing to nationals.
TCU will begin the third round on hole No. 10 at 8:55 a.m.
