LONDON, United Kingdom – South West London is once again the summertime home away from home for TCU men's tennis.

A program record four Horned Frogs are set to begin play on Monday at The Championships, Wimbledon 2025 with the release of the gentlemen's singles and gentlemen's doubles draws.

Jake Fearnley, Cam Norrie and Jack Pinnington form the Frogs' trio of singles competitors. Rounding out the TCU contingent is Lui Maxted, who was awarded a doubles wild card.

TCU's three main draw singles entries are the most of any program nationwide.

Fearnley and Norrie, the British No. 2 and No. 3, respectively, are slotted in the same half of the bracket.

Fearnley is assured primetime billing in round one, as the three-time national champion draws rising star Joao Fonseca of Brazil. Fearnley is engaging the 18-year-old Fonseca for the third time in 2025. Fonseca has claimed both matches, but the opener at the All England Club will be their first head-to-head on grass.

Norrie's quest for SW19 silver begins with a first round match vs. No. 43 Roberto Bautista. A victory over the Spaniard likely pits Norrie, a 2022 Wimbledon semifinalist, opposite 12-seed Frances Tiafoe in round two.

On the opposite side of the singles bracket sits Pinnington, who earned a wild card on the heels of his runner-up finish at the ATP Challenger Lexus Ilkley Open on June 15. Pinnington meets Argentine and world No. 53 Tomas Martin Etcheverry in his main draw singles debut at The Championships

Maxted, the reigning NCAA doubles champion, is partnering with Connor Thomson. He and Thomson, a 2025 graduate of South Carolina, face the eighth-seeded tandem of Nikola Mektić and Michael Venus.

Fearnley has twice won on the main draw of tennis' most storied tournament. He swept Alejandro Moro Canes of Spain in round one of the 2024 Championships. Fearnley then engaged Novak Djokovic in a Centre Court classic, taking a set off the seven-time Wimbledon champion in a narrow four-set defeat. A product of Edinburgh, Scotland, Fearnley became the first active collegian in program history to win a Wimbledon main draw match in 2023 with a first round doubles victory.

For Fearnley, tabbed No. 49 in the ATP rankings, the visit to England marks his fourth career Grand Slam appearance. He advanced to the third round of the 2025 Australian Open and French Open.

A win over Fonseca sets up a possible showdown vs. No. 31 Tallon Griekspoor in round two. Also in Fearnley's pathway are 8-seed Holger Rune and No. 23 Jiri Lehecka in addition to Norrie and Tiafoe.

Norrie, the most decorated TCU player on tour, is appearing in his 31st career Grand Slam. A three-time singles All-American for the Frogs from 2015-17, Norrie holds a 37-29 career record in Slams and is 11-7 at The Championships. Norrie most recently advanced to the fourth round of the French Open buoyed by an all-TCU battle with Fearnley.

Wimbledon will forever be associated with Norrie's rise to the pinnacle of the sport. Norrie vaulted to No. 8 in the world and held the British No. 1 ranking for nearly three years following his semifinal run in 2022.

Pinnington is competing at Wimbledon for the second straight year. He and Fearnley played a main draw doubles match together in 2024.

Maxted became the sixth TCU player to make the Wimbledon main draw since 2022 with his wild card.

Collectively, the Horned Frog quartet is responsible for four national championships, four NCAA semifinal appearances, eight Big 12 titles and 10 combined All-American accolades.

Singles matches begin on Monday, with the opening round of doubles play set to commence on Wednesday.

The complete gentlemen's singles and gentlemen's doubles draws along with match times can be accessed on Wimbledon.com.

All Wimbledon matches will air live on ESPN and ESPN+ domestically.
