The USA will then face Sweden on June 28 in Vittsjo.</p><p> </p><p>Bright is set to make her U-23 national team debut after her stellar senior season. The Dallas, Texas, native rewrote the single-season offensive record book for the Horned Frogs in 2021 as she became TCU's first-ever 40-point scorer, tallying a school-record 17 goals and adding six assists on the year. Additionally, she owns the school-record for goals with 39 and points with 92.</p><p> </p><p>Her efforts on the field earned her first-team all-Big 12 honors. She was named Big 12 Player of the Week twice during the regular season. Bright was also key to TCU's run to the Big 12 Tournament title and a berth in the NCAA Sweet Sixteen. She was named the Big 12 Tournament's Offensive Most Outstanding Player. She garnered United Soccer Coaches Association First Team All-America honors, becoming the fifth Frog to be named an All-American in the past two years.</p><p> </p><p>Bright will return to TCU for her Covid-relief year this season.
