GoFrogs: Big 12 MBB Tournament Preview

Zona holds off Houston to win the Big 12 Championship. This game was tied at 33 with about 3 minutes left in the first half and then Arizona went on a 15-3 run to close the first half and start the 2nd half and never looked back. They led entire 2nd half. Houston made it a one possession game a few times but could never get over the hump. Good game.

AZ is going to win it all. So tough with those big men & they have so many guys who can light it up from the outside.

Watching Duke-UVa and it's a good game, but neither team plays with the intensity that I'm used to seeing with the top Big 12 teams. UVa is solid defensively, but I think I expected more from the Duke offense.

Dick Vitale still getting the job done. Ahead of the key play, everyone is saying the obvious--"It's gotta go through Cameron Boozer." Vitale adds "Watch for Duke to hit the offensive board." Sure enough, Boozer gets his own rebound and secures the win.

That former K-State center from Nigeria was a monster shot blocker for UVa. Got into Boozer's head a little.
