Most would agree that Chuck Lamandola is just okay as a play by play guy, but his constant dwelling on player's struggles versus a balance of positives is really tiresome.

Real nice guy, but he may no longer have the close attention that PBP requires. Last two seasons I've seen multiple games in which he would lose track of the plate count, the number of outs, even the current score.

guessing you literally don't listen to any other schools play by play guys in baseball if you think Chuck is anything close to mediocre......almost EVERY other school has a blow hard former player that only talks his "old days" or some huge homer who complains about every call....

I assume we are moving to a day when Connor takes over for Chuck - assuming we figure that out before Connor moves on to a better place - but until then, we have it really good

Does Connor do road games for radio.
I'd figure someone from the RTVF program would take over. I think there are several former TCU students who are PBP guys now.
