GoFrogs: Baseball Announces 3:30 Start For Friday’s Game Against Baylor

FORT WORTH –
In an effort to avoid projected inclement weather in the Fort Worth area, the series-opener between TCU and Baylor has been moved to a 3:30 p.m. first pitch. The contest will be televised on Big 12 Now on ESPN+.

The Horned Frogs enter the weekend with a 27-21 overall record and an 8-10 mark in league play. TCU is coming off a series win over No. 24 Cal State Fullerton. The Frogs are 5-3 on their current 12-game homestand.

Baylor is coming off a pair of midweek losses to Grand Canyon (4-2) and Lamar (9-2). The Bears are 16-32 overall and 6-15 in league play.

The remainder of the three game series is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. on Sunday. Both games will be televised on Big 12 Now on ESPN+.

Ticket Policy:

Beautiful night for baseball.

Reminds me of the time the Stanford at TCU football game was moved up to noon to avoid the aftermath of Hurricane Ike that night.

It rained during most of the game and the weather was beautiful that night. Luckily the weather this afternoon was nice.
