Fort Worth – TCU beach volleyball's senior Daniela Alvarez and junior Tania Moreno earned their second consecutive CCSA Pair of the Week honors on March 15. This marks the fifth time the pairing has been honored by the CCSA.
At the Horned Frog Challenge last weekend, the pairing had an impressive showing. Playing all matches from the No. 1 position, the duo dominated the best pairings from Texas A&M-Kingsville, Southern Miss and No. 4 LSU, twice.
Alvarez and Moreno were victorious in all eight sets played. The duo secured two match victories for the Frogs with their straight-set wins over Southern Miss and No. 4 LSU.
The pairing remains perfect on the season, 11-0, as they head into one of the toughest showdowns of the season in Miami, Fla.

The Horned Frogs travel to Miami, Fla. where they will go toe-to-toe with No. 2 USC, No. 14 FIU, No. 15 FAU and Jacksonville. The Frogs will face No. 2 USC first at 8:30 a.m. on Friday.
