Rumor on the Buff Board that Gerald Thomas - Wide Receiver from the Colony is transferring to TCU.

Saw the posts on several Buff boards yesterday. Kid had a decent freshman year and many are excited about his potential, not sure how true the rumors are though.

Definitely a speedster!

Why does everyone keep saying we need LBer's and OL? Paul Whitmill? Gildon? Sammy Douglas? Dac Shaw? Notebloom? Patrick Mooris? Eason Fromayan?

All OL or LB in this seasons class. Talent is talent and a 4.37 is insanely fast! I can understand wanting more OL players because that seems to be an area that we need to develop depth. Size is great but for the OL it would seem more beneficial to recruit size, talent, and fundamentally minded players. These three skills are not always easy to find. I'm not trying to be rude I honestly don't understand why people constantly say we only need these two positions. We need talented players all over the field and a 4.37 is insanely fast!

Because you can never have enough. Especially offensive line. They are much more susceptible to injury. Same goes for the defensive line.

We have talented players at other positions. Yes, it would be nice to have another burner, but we already have receivers who can fly. Offensive line is the place this team needs help. Plus, we lose four OL to graduation and have three commits, so right now we are not even keeping up the weak depth we have.
