Max did this last year and I was hoping he had grown past it. He still misses wide open receivers. I know he is a good runner, BUT he is not a Big 12 level passer. We need to recruit a passer for next year.

OSU transfer having to retire is a killer.

The fact that the offensive coaches know Max struggles to play catch but he is the only Division One qb we have is telling on our recruiting, which is supposed to be a top 3 class in the Big 12.

He had a bad throw come on. He thought he had to throw it away then too late to toss to wide open receiver. He had some great throws.

He's had a lot more bad throws.
