'A number of cocktails known as a 'Dark and Stormy Night.' The "regulation" recipe is Gosling's Black and Gosling's Ginger Ale, but I tend to go with what tastes better to my own palate. In this case, an in-house spiced rum made with 'Real McCoy' 3 year, steeped over cinnamon zeylanicum, allspice, ginger, and Madagasgar Vanilla seeds. The pink lemons were a surprise find at the local HEB. They have a wonderful flavor that melds well with the other items in the cocktail.
