Yep. I even said that at the time it happened. A QB sneak on 4th and 2 with a small non-running QB? Genius. SD said after the game “he’s not sure why he chose that play”. I think we all know whyDid anyone get the feel it was going to be a long arse night when our brain dead coaches lined up for the sneak at that down and distance?

Thought process? At no point in this season or the last has this staff shown me they have a thought process. The only slight deviation to this trend has been Avalos' half time adjustments these past couple of weeks.SD says he made that call. What was the thought process there? scheissing idiotic.
YepWe have plenty of money. But our AD is not ready to be an AD. Too many of the old guard wanted to keep things in a box. If you want to be big time, you gotta put up with and feed the ego of a champion level coach.
We were lucky in 2022. That team had leaders trained by Patterson. They willed to wins.
"Supposedly" Auburn was hot on Sonny. lolDonati had little experience or wisdom to wait a year to see how 2023 went before pulling the trigger. Big mistake.
Too bad for us. That would have been dodging a bullet if true."Supposedly" Auburn was hot on Sonny. lol
Don’t forget about the terrible o-line. Especially on run plays.Yep. I even said that at the time it happened. A QB sneak on 4th and 2 with a small non-running QB? Genius. SD said after the game “he’s not sure why he chose that play”. I think we all know why

Once that call was made and the result it brought, I had little to no faith that we would win. I told the folks that I was with (who were a little confused at the scattered boos after that play) that we were in for a long night.Did anyone get the feel it was going to be a long arse night when our brain dead coaches lined up for the sneak at that down and distance?

Louisville just did pretty much the same thing on 4th and a long 1. Basically a fullback dive...neither play fully designed to get the full yardage needed.
A losing record since the Georgia beat down with one of the worst-ranked defenses and running offenses in football. Yeah, we're good. The SMU and Houston games just wasn't our day. Blowing a three-TD lead at home to UCF, it happens. No bowl game last year after playing in the championship game, oh well.Hey we're just 3-3. . .

Halfway through the 3rd Hoover was constantly running for his life and couldn't get planted. The OLine just collapsed, RBs weren't picking up blocks, and I'm honestly surprised Hoover didn't throw an additional 2 or 3 picks because of it.Don’t forget about the terrible o-line. Especially on run plays.
Oh bull.... It can be done. Watch Iowa.I agree. Davalos is far from perfect but with an offense that can't eat any clock and turns the ball over a lot, it's more than difficult to play tough defense.
