Gameday Thread, Fight 'em On The Ice Edition: TCU at Cincy

The Man Behind The Curtain
The Frogs are on the road looking to pick up their 8th win to close out the 2024 regular season. To get to 8 TCU will need to get past the Bearcats whom have been chasing a win to become bowl eligible since Halloween, a possible snowstorm, and terrible chili. Can the Frogs face down one of their fiercest opponents, cold weather, and pull out the W to get to a better bowl or will the offense sputter and the run defense melt in the face of Cincy's chilling rushing attack?

Kickoff: 5:00PM (CST)
TV: ESPN+
Line: TCU -2
Weather: 32ºF at kickoff, 29ºF by halftime with a forecast of snow showers.

Watching Illinois HS football championships. In Friday's games (1A-4A) private schools have outscored public schools 193-28.

So far on Saturday, the 5A teams were both private schools. East St. Louis (6A) who beat the Loyola (8A) earlier this year, is beating neighboring city Geneva 48-28. Both are public. Batavia (public) kicks off next against Mount Carmel (private), a rematch of last year's semi-final. Then Loyola Academy (private) versus York (pubic), later tonight.

Illinois loves them some Jesuits. So does a small part of Fort Worth. Rambler dad.
